The emerging practice of providing virtual mental health services has been rapidly gaining popularity. Sometimes referred to as cybercounseling, online therapy, telebehaviorial health, e-counseling, e-therapy, or online counseling, TeleMental health is the provision of remote mental health care services (usually via an audio/video secure platform).
